By accessing or using the CMES.ca website (the "Site") and registering for its courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of this Site immediately.

All payment processing is conducted exclusively through our third-party provider, Stripe. NCCME Inc. does not store, transmit, or retain any credit card or banking information. Financial transaction data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS security standards.

- Login cookies authenticate your session and save screen display preferences. Login cookies expire after two days (or two weeks if "Remember Me" is selected); screen option cookies last one year.

Many courses offered here are designated for pre-approved Continuing Education Units (CEUs), Contact Hours, or CE credits by recognized regulatory bodies. However, NCCME Inc. makes no guarantee that credits granted will be accepted by your specific licensing board in all jurisdictions.
It is the sole responsibility of the learner to:
- Verify with their specific provincial/state regulatory body that the course meets individual recertification requirements prior to completion
- Retain proof of completion per regulator record-keeping policies
- Understand that approval status may change after publication
